The Estate owns and manages 40 residential properties. 18 of the properties are occupied by members of staff and a further 22 are available to let from time to time (to check for availability click 'Contact Us' at the top of the page).
Situated on the Oxfordshire/Warwickshire border and within areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty properties are located in and around the estate and its surrounding rural villages of Edgehill, Tysoe, Shenington and Alkerton.
Many of the properties are built with local Hornton stone and range in size and type from 1 - 2 bedroom flats to 5-6 bedroom barn conversions.
