Green Industrial units
In an ideal location to the M40, Upton offers a wide range of green industrial units and storage space suitable for all types of businesses. All our units have been ‘A’ rated according to the Energy Performance Asset Rating Scale. Energy Performance Certificates can be found at the bottom of this page. Units are heated via an on site biomass wood chip burner, using the by-product from the Estate's ancient and modern woodland.

We are currently in the process of developing the purpose built industrial units and are therefore keen to work with potential tenants to tailor facilities to your requirements.
